    I'm taking your class on Sunday and just wondering if the fabrics in your sample quilt at VFKW were pre-washed. Looks like they might have been. Thanks.

    1. Hi! Can't wait to meet you in class! I am fairly certain that my fabrics were not pre-washed. I'm lazy like that! Also, I like the stiffness of the sizing that fabric has straight off the bolt. You may have noticed the wrinkled texture of the fabric on my sample quilt, and that is actually the way the fabric is made. It's Robert Kaufman's Kona Crush, and was my absolute favorite quilting fabric until it was discontinued a year or two ago!
